Changing - Anonymous employee PPRO Employee Review

Very dynamic and familiar team where chanages are continuous and the strategy or operations are based clearly on market or product based decision-making. So it´s a product design/development based company with no so long term initiatives in place as expected as fintech. Probably it´s growing so quick that staff and limited resources are not facilitating the same increase or change in regards to culture evolution (a more open mindset could maybe be a key change since just some people/small closed group was taking decisions as a SMB and influence among them was strong enough to avoid changes coming from other sources)
