      Pros

      Good office, office manager makes sure things are managed well. Office gives a warm feeling

      Cons

      Bad senior leadership and executive team. No clarity on business domains. Lots of friends in the senior management make it look like an exclusive club. Poor feedback culture with ego driven VPs, especially in engineering.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
