      - Great work life balance - Learn about energy industry

      Cons

      - They have a feeling of entitlement or it’s an ideal job for locals. - They say they need to upgrade tech but aren’t ready to hire internationals, even if hired they are extremely apathetic what we go through or they have no idea what we go through - They say they put your name in the lottery but don’t send any evidences out so POTENTIAL INTERNATIONALS WHO WANT TO JOIN PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS. - Not a great and conducive work culture - Lacksadical attitude among folks who have been for 20+ years and do nothing who deserved to be let gone off

      Pros

      Engineering team is young and open for innovative ideas. Everyone supports and respects each other and willing to help and learn from each other. As a contractor - it is a very smooth and stress-free work experience.

      Cons

      Might be little bureaucratical when it comes to paperwork & processes but this is a large utility so this is expected or even required. People tend to rotate a lot and it makes it difficult to find support & training but everyone understand it and there is no pressure on workload most of the time allowing you to finish the job without a lot of pressure.
