      Poor pay - explained by it being a 'non-profit' entity but the CEO takes home over £1m per year. Very slow to change/make improvements. Legal team halt progress and changes like it's a sport. Poor communication from Exec team

      Training is for 1 month only

      Cons

      Poor training, employees are not allowed to save any training materials, you have to handwrite notes based on training materials. The trainers are poor and most have been there for months and do not know what they are doing. There are 2 pages of negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. The clients do not like them either. When you are let go, the company does not let you know until you show up for work!
