      Pros

      Plenty of Commercial Reps to keep the stores busy and help build sales.

      Cons

      It is impossible to be a "proactive" manager in today's coatings world. Nothing like finishing up your work week with a contractor or rep calling you with a "I need it now order". This is not a once in a while event, more like daily.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
