      Pros

      Great retirement, benefits, flexible schedule, over time (but that depends on which department you're in).

      Cons

      Managers will not negotiate the raise that I deserve. They told me to leave the company and come back to another position in order to get a raise...which I found odd. I'm not bragging, but I know I'm a great employee and they just don't really seem to care. They talk a good game about caring, but when it comes down to it they just don't really care.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
