      - Good place to get your foot in the door - Great tuition reimbursement program - Loved my coworkers and supervisor; misery loves company - Opportunity to move positions often (travel opportunities if you ask)

      Cons

      - You're paid based on your degree and not experience - Work hours were hell - Work load was either really hectic or sparse

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
