      Benefit quite average. Base pay slightly higher than others in the coating industries. Good EHS

      they want to increase lab productivity by hiring another manager instead of technician causing terrible job bottleneck

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
