      Pros

      Provides flexible work arrangements to employees.

      Cons

      Many managers sits on the ivory tower, they have no idea the actual situation on the ground and continue to push for unrealistic targets. The company acquires and cannibalise smaller companies. However integration and planning was poorly executed during closure. Redundancy payout is below industry standards.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
