      If you enjoy working with tools cars and making money this is a great job for you your pay scale is the skies the limit the more you ESP you get the more pay you get

      Getting a lot of freight and trying to find the right place to fit it all in a small store

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
