      Pros

      Flexible schedule, and most store employees have a load of information.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, no real direction or rhyme or reason why they constantly have these senseless company fire drills. Too many random tasks that do not focus on the job or sales!

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
