Pros

There are some people that made going to work enjoyable, but they are few and far between.

Cons

The culture at the Grand Prairie/Arlington facility is toxic at best. The pay and benefits are poor in comparison to other major Aerospace companies in the area, it’s even worse if you don’t fit the same demographic as leadership. The plant is run by a generation of older men who refuse to acknowledge that they are the reason the younger workforce is leaving to chase better opportunities; they’ve literally told entire teams that they’re replaceable and that if you don’t like the culture in the facility, then leave. They talk down to you and treat you horribly, except when the big-wigs from PA or CA come in. You’re stressed to meet deadlines they commit to for you, and you’re allowed zero input to the leadership or the customer to try to fix the situation.

Pros

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Cons

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
