      Company car was a very nice perk

      Cons

      After 10 years this company still managed to find ways to leave my jaw dropped. I started as a part time stock guy and worked my way up through management and back down. I could write for hours. I will boil it down to this cons list… *Equipment/Technology *bonus structure *staffing *Zone managers and above

      Very good work environment and your manager will give you a lot of support

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
