      Pros

      Large company with many openings across multiple disciplines. Servicing small business owners and developing relationships.

      Cons

      Top management is out of touch with market needs. Very ridged company that takes a long time to make decisions. Not very focused on customer service or support. Very poor compensation with little opportunity to increase. Poor demotivated culture.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
