      No Pros At All. Run Away

      Cons

      All you can imagine. Their head boss is chilling in Nanaimo BC and is not interested in the growth of the team. Additionally the pay is really really bad and the work load is just enormous. Lastly they hire from outside for decent positions rather than promoting from within.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
