      Good for fresh phd trainings

      Cons

      Too much politics now, not value technical people. Lots of young and their favorite people were promoted very quickly in management track, and technical people are completely not valued, especially for those ages around 50s, no opportunities will be given since they know you have nowhere to go. It would be good for fresh phd to gain experience here, then move on as early as you can.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
