      Low paying Sales rules all (and they don't understand operations) Leadership is clueless and spent tons of money on a system that was worse than what they had. No one wants to speak truth to power. Also they expected you to be available 24/7.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
