      There aren’t any pros for working at this company

      Cons

      I worked there, low pay for required duties. No accountability for job titles and advancement. Supposed benefits didn’t materialize upon death of husband. They did NOT purchase his death benefit until the day of his death. Had to wait two months for company benefit and required a complaint to the attorney general. Run away from this company.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
