      Pros

      Great benefits. Fair pay compared to competition. Hours are good , done by 5 and Saturdays only to noon. Very safety focused

      Cons

      Trying to make all their Managers sales reps- wanting them to use their own car to make sales calls outside the store. If an accident happens, they claim its not on them

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
