      Pros

      Great perks, growth potential, some departments/SBU's are much better than others, industry leader in several sectors.

      Cons

      Nepotism, favoritism, lack of oversight for management, managers can be selected just because of who they know or how much money they've saved the company; opposed to their actual leadership ability. The company makes it painfully obvious that they don't value their employees.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
