      Pros

      Stable company and lots of overtime. Ability to sign out to a different department after several months. HR will work with you to help you find the right job that fits you.

      Cons

      Terrible supervisors that make the shipping department the worst place to work. There's a reason why they have a problem finding current employees who want to stay in shipping and have to hire new people to replace them. Very poor wages considering the amount of dangerous material that is handled everyday. The tier 2 wage system is a disaster and needs to be removed.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
