Pros

The team I worked with was amazing, workload is manageable (Don't need to work beyond working hours). The leads are supportive and amazing! Teammates are great! No major politics within the team. For fresh grad, might be a great company for your first career

Cons

The company should have more benefits and more employee engagement. Not only focus on one SBU, but the whole Shared service employees. They used to be very active, but now they are quiet with minimal celebration. It seems like no effort was put for it. Career-growth-wise, it is very hard for APAC to be offered the opportunity to advance in another HR team. The global team should not overlooked APAC team for these type of opportunities, especially when there are projects that could affect the region but was never check properly. Other than that, it is very hard for you to get increment or promotion as usually they overlooked APAC. Despite having 3 people to oversee ANZ and rest of Asia (other than China) employees data in the system, they did not consider the affect on the representatives/operations. This has nothing to do with the internal team, but more of the external teams that related. Not the best company go grow much, but the opportunities to start your career is great!

Pros

Acceptable 401K matching with immediate vesting as well as an age based deferred compensation program that has a 3 year vesting period. Standard benefits and pay consistent with industry. Acceptable safety practices defined and adhered to throughout organization.

Cons

Moderately high turnover (at least my division). Inconsistent treatment of employees (flex time allowed for some employees but not others in same work category, some employees told to use personal car or phone for work activities while others get in trouble for same type of work activity, allowing some employees the options to apply and move internally while others are not allowed - and are sometimes even forced to moved to a role for which they didn't apply against their desires). Inconsistent reporting of data and legal brushes aside your questions/findings making you seem like you did something wrong when uncovering something fishy.
