Flex time, great company to be a paof a team

Busy schedule to keep up with work

Good people on the teams that are great at what they do and genuinely fun to work with.

None of the managers or higher-ups seem to care about the stressful workload or how it is managed. The account managers have free reign over all teams, seemingly able to overrule any sort of push back from team leads, all in the name of getting as much work out the door as possible. They care about quantity, not quality. There is never any thought put into how the workflow should be set up, let alone improved upon. It is either non-stop work, or waiting around for the account managers to push through their orders. Which, at times, are confusing and unhelpful, leading to designers having to make their own translations on localization spots. Despite having non-stop work orders, they seem to never have the money to properly pay their employees. Raises/promotions are non-existant. There are no growth opportunities at this company at all.
