Great Product, Culture, and Team - Product Engineer POWr Employee Review

If you're looking for a great company culture and lots of opportunity to learn and grow, this is the place. The team here is very mission driven and care deeply about customers. Everyone helps each other, even if it's not in the same line of business. There is an open culture of sharing information, as well as opportunities to grow and try new things. Last but not least, half the workforce is female, and in leading roles. It's quite inspiring to see in a tech company.

The company is fully distributed so sometimes there may be late meetings or turnaround time is not as immediate.

- The team: these people love what they do and they're willing to do anything to push this company forward. Everyone fills in where they're needed with a good attitude, and everyone is crazy smart. It's fulfilling coming to work when you get to work alongside some badass people who challenge you every day. - Room for growth: management does everything they can to help you get to where you want to be. I've found a lot of companies preach this but don't put a lot of practices in place. Management does a great job here listening to what you want and supporting you in any way they can. - Flexible workplace: POWr is about producing quality work-- not gluing you to your desk for 9 hours a day. As long as you're putting good work out there, management will work with your schedule.

i'm not sure... I had a great year and have no huge complaints. This was a great place that treats employees well.
