      Pros

      Great events and fellow booksellers can be wonderful people. Working in an independent bookstore is always a pro.

      Cons

      Owners are petty, unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Because of them I routinely refer to this as the worst job I've ever had. Work environment is just toxic.

      Book selling is not for lazy or entitled millennial. Retail industry is engagement with people and making eye contact

      Don't consider if you like to sit behind a desk and check your social feeds
