Pros

One of the best tech companies in the Sacramento area! Would have stayed here for a long time if I didn't relocate. Super smart people, hands-on management team, fun environment. They really care about you as a person, not just a number. Flexible hours, time off to volunteer, free lunch all the time, company sports teams, fun events, great benefits. When you come in and prove yourself, you have the opportunity to make an impact quickly. Employees at all levels of the organization speak with clients, participate in technical architecture and brainstorm on strategy. You're presented with challenging work and your voice is heard. The company does a good job of maintaining a fun, positive culture so people who don't share that vision will not be a long-term fit. It's a really diverse group of people, but everyone shares a sense of belonging.

Cons

It's a pretty flat organization so you have to figure out how to create your own career path. But if you're ambitious you'll elevate quickly!

Pros

The work is easy and simple

Cons

Assume rather than ask. Paranoid, stereotyping, gaslighting, backstabbing foreigner employees who just complain all day about America, the people who work there, and Trump. They tell you they don’t know when they do, tell you that you can’t read because the broken english SOPs that they claimed didn’t exist at first are unreadable and inaccurate, weird conversations about jail, weed, and what’s wrong with black people, saying I don’t think they’re capable without asking any relevant information, everyone is not the trash you see pushed on tv. Surprise, surprise when you belittle people they leave or screw you that’s why they got hacked. It’s also not only towards black people be wary of working here if you’re not Hmong, Indian, Mexican, White or already know these people you will be seen as an outsider and it will be an uphill battle with all your coworkers playing stupid games ie. giving you others work to see if you’ll notice, devices you’re not trained on, putting devices they moved days ago at the back of your queue to see if you’re following FIFO and to mess up your 5 days to complete, claiming you don’t know anything about excel or computers but not asking anything and being surprised when you just do it or explain it way more in depth than they thought possible, scared when you use search operators, keybinds, and manage insane amounts of programs easily even though thats kind of what you need to do this applies to the production area the other areas seemed semi-normal.
