Great leadership team that truly cares. WFH! You get to work with various clients and work with team members across the globe. Great work life balance. Company really embodies their core values.

The only con I can think of are the benefits offered. Medical benefits are pricey if enrolling a family.

Amazing team members you can collaborate with mainly from the comfort of your place!!! It was really great to be able to schedule work task around your own personal routine to accommodate family commitments. All firm partners are women with children, so they understand based on their own experience what it means to balance work and family

During my time there hours were not very consistent. This was the only reason I could maintain my involvement with this great company for a long time. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit in my eyes.
