Love that generalists (like myself) and creativity is welcomed. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside super creative, smart, thoughtful, and appreciative team members. I joined in the midst of the pandemic and formed stronger bonds with international colleagues than I ever have with in-person 100% of the time teams at past companies.
I've been really impressed by the strength of the Pointr team's ability to communicate and be transparent; and their willingness to directly address challenges and (most importantly) TAKE ACTION.
For folks that are new to location tech, training is readily available so you're able to train at your own pace (and quickly).
I've grown a ton since joining and I appreciate the opportunity to run in this new space!
