Pros

Can not think of one, demoralizing and the worst Company I have ever worked for...sf runs down every good individual who has ever set foot through the door. Previos eng director had /has god complex and underlings lie and blame plant personnel for their shortcomings. Sf hires puppets as gms for control, many have no clue of, well, anything. Had one who would pray for guidance and actually had jesus making hires...may i assume the lord brought you here? Come on...

Cons

Where do i start; sf management had absolutely no respect for plant personnel and did not have a problem showing it, i was actually told my place was walking two steps behind the director of Eng while he was on walk-arounds. Guy would actual lay his hands on equipmet / pipe and assess the problem...90% of the time there was nothing wrong with it to start. Best i ever heard...gm was in the morning meeting, we sucked a filter sock into a pump the night before and the guy asked "who sock was it?" Classic poet...

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. At POET, we are committed to maintaining a professional workplace where team members are treated with respect and where clear expectations, accountability, and confidentiality are core standards across our operations. We also want to clarify that team member compensation and personnel records are maintained within secure electronic HR systems rather than physical documents, and access to that information is strictly restricted in accordance with company policy. The situation described does not align with the processes we have in place to protect confidential information. Individual experiences can vary, and we encourage team members to raise questions or concerns through the appropriate internal channels so they can be reviewed and addressed in a timely and constructive way. Our focus remains on supporting a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where team members can contribute, grow, and succeed. — POET
