Pros
Stability and generally a good culture in the work environment but this can change from location to location.
Cons
Constantly falls short of all of the "values" the company claims to have. Everything corporate is really subpar. They claim to try and offer above standard benefits, but the health insurance options are the worse I've ever seen. Between both options your likelihood of being able to actually afford to go to the doctor is abysmal. They offer only a handful of perks, most of them centered around the corporate office and unusable to most employees. They offer a profit-sharing system but usually focus on expansion that leaves little to be shared. Instead of paying people what they are worth and what they contribute, local sites are hand tided by corporate "analysis" to be "competitive", planting sites in small towns with small economies and claiming to be better paying jobs in the area. Ultimately, instead of living up to the family oriented-small business atmosphere they promote, they end up high speed, high profit corporate shell without the pay to match.
