Pros
There are a lot of kind, caring people throughout the organization, most of whom are whip smart. Many of the drivers are great, salt-of-the-earth people who make it their mission to deliver customers belongings in the best way possible. Pay was also good in comparison to similar roles in the area.
Cons
Depending on your area, your connection to the overall business can be fuzzy. I was initially sold me on a specific role that changed without much discussion, the overall department very clique oriented (and seemingly punished those for not showing in-group behavior), and my specific team alienating. Projects change at a moments notice, and top-down leadership can lead to expectations widely outpacing realistic targets.
