      Pros

      $10/hr A/C in building (however kind of cold for some)

      Cons

      They will fire roughly 95% of the people they hire before the first major sales commission check then not pay by calling it a "bonus" mandatory overtime gustapo-like schedule adherence (the most important thing to the company)

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
