      Pros

      Relaxing job that somewhat challenges the mind, extensive training, minimal paperwork or bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Very hard to go anywhere in small market. If your PODS is a franchisee, you get none of the PODS benefits. Its up to your employer. If your market is too small to afford a lot of employees, you aren't moving up or getting many days off.

      Pros

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
