Pros
The place is spectacular looks like a fortune 500 company. Employees are fun, talented and driven. Extremely energetic and some management have a great outlook.
Cons
Politics - politics - politics ! Unfortunately this is the place where it's not what you know it's who's butt you kiss. Besides a few, a lot of management have no idea what there doing. Not to mistake the originals that been there for a while, they are gods in that industry. A while like transferred from another state. Besides that the cubicles are nice but are too small and very comp sci class like. Training is easy but the trainer teaches like it's quantum physics, and reads straight from the book. If you are disliked you will you won't make it past training. Remember it's only politics...
