      Ability to work from home. Good pay and benefits

      Since the recent system "update" it is full of stress and angry customers. All of the people that worked there left so now we have a system that doesn't work half the time and people that have no clue what they are doing.

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
