Pros
The tips are great. Expect to make $100 and up each hockey game if you are professional and friendly. A lot of the fans are fun to interact with. The hiring manager/supervisor of bartenders is friendly. You get to cross paths with some Canes! I once stood in the elevator with Tripp Tracy
Cons
There are one or two upper managers that are unfriendly. Training is shoddy, you're going to learn a lot as you go. Some evenings can be late, especially with traffic leaving the arena.
