Pros
Spent a hellish five months at one of the worst companies on the planet. Can't think of any pros. Unemployment and homelessness is a far better option.
Cons
Backstabbing, lying, sabotage, lack of competent management, low pay, no career path, clients leaving, failed projects. Don't forget lack of training, HR working against you, high turnover, low morale, and a culture of not caring. Work location is a traffic nightmare.
