One word: toxic - Junior Architect PMP Architecture Employee Review

The owner's attitude is toxic and verbally abusive beyond belief. Employees are required to work hours and hours beyond their agreed-upon hours every day, and this is not uncommon in evenings, nights and weekends. There’s no respect for the value of the people who work for the firm, despite the vast majority of them being highly talented despite young age. In my opinion, this leads the employees to underperform because they are all literally terrified of the owner's behavior. What happens in that office should be reported to the authorities.
