There was a lot of rigidity with very little room for flexibility. A lot of this job could be done from a remote or hybrid environment. There's a lot of micromanagement. The benefits package is not as generous as the company thinks it is. Additionally, upper management insists on marketing complicated and expensive machinery to customers who openly state that they want a cost effective solution, and it is counter-productive.

An easy place to get your CAD hours in. Pays for medical insurance.

Mandatory 45 hour work week. So make sure to get a salary that pays for the extra hours worked. There is no give to allow for sick time or personal situations. Salary in name only, treated like an hourly worker. Little to no engineering work. All CAD drafting. Copy and paste workplace. No room for improvement. Serbian and Japanese are the main languages spoken. So learning if you are neither is very hard to do. Company COVID policies are terrible. Did little to nothing to prevent spread of disease. And did not allow engineers to continue to work remotely even though 99% of work is solely working alone on computer. Company seems to be being shipped overseas. CAD detailing to Japan. Outsourcing manufacturing of parts.
