There was always job available. Workers were nice, and some supervisors too.

Lots of heavy lifting which take a tow on your back after a while. Fast pace enviroment, if you don't become fast they will put you to do the hard job. Unless you are close to a team leader.

There are no noticeable employee benefits. The company does not even provide basic team-building activities or an annual Christmas event.

The company exploits staff by expecting next-level work for lower-level pay, while stripping roles of real authority. Employees are set up to fail by being held accountable without the power to make decisions. QA and Technical Management are dysfunctional and lack professional leadership. Allowing a Systems Officer to operate as a multi-state technical manager shows a complete breakdown in governance and organizational structure. This is not a mature or well-managed organization.
