      Pros

      Not alot of work to do in engineering. Everything is off site youre pretty much a phone call manager.

      Cons

      Terrible rostering for engineering and salaried staff.

      Pros

      There was always job available. Workers were nice, and some supervisors too.

      Cons

      Lots of heavy lifting which take a tow on your back after a while. Fast pace enviroment, if you don't become fast they will put you to do the hard job. Unless you are close to a team leader.
