      Pros

      I have been with the Company for a bit over two years, and I still enjoy every minute of it. The team is excellent, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. It is just the way it is; the culture is just set that way naturally. Management does not micro-manage anyone as long as they care for their projects and customers. The customers are big players in Silicon Valley, and the PMCS team enjoys great respect. It's a good feeling, really! People have been staying here for a long time.

      Basic benefits, bonuses & annual increase.

      Pros

      Company exercises a lot of forethought when setting up teams to work in the field on projects. The head office is very responsive when the field staff needs assistance or supplies. Each employee works to contribute to the mission of PMCS. It's refreshing to be surrounded by intelligent, hard working yet relaxed staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes one must wait a while to get a meeting because we're all so busy, but to be heard is always worth it. No, that's literally the only con.
