Their compensation and benefits seem to be above average for this type of work and employees are given a fair degree of latitude when it comes to getting the job done.
Cons
Because they place such an emphasis on achieving results with their clients, PMAlliance is a great place for people that are similarly results-oriented. For employees that are just looking to punch the clock at the end of their 7 1/2 hour day, this company may not be a good fit.
