Pros

Few things are starting to improve, but with very slow pace and great delay.

Cons

- The company grows fast and has still no structural organization, resulting in a complete chaos. - Company has no corporate strategy and defined goals. Employees should be very flexible to adapt in continuous changes of priorities and work in many different directions at the same time. - Employees' hard work is not recognized by higher management. - Working hours are not flexible. - No prospects for further professional development and progression. - Working environment can sometimes behave unprofessionally. - There is substantial lack of communication both between different departments and within the same department. This often leads to extra unnecessary work. - Daily work is not engaging. Very often employees face trouble coming from company's malfunction and narrow-mindedness of management, resulting in frustration, total lack of motivation and a toxic working environment. - Management of workload is very ineffective. People in charge may not have managerial skills. - Although the lingua franca is English, in some departments German is the spoken language. Thus, the integration of a non-German speaker can be extremely difficult. - The free products that employees can order on a monthly basis are restricted only to a very narrow range, while in the past one could choose the products they like from the whole portfolio. It is not accidental that the good reviews come either from team partners or other questionable sources...It is at your own risk to accept a job offer!

Pros

• Modern facilities with gym and parking • Free monthly supply of products • Learned to think strategically on how we can perform better as a company • Support and cooperation from the other departments • Multilingual staff with different perspectives that fuse rather than divide the organization • Perks: bonuses, company events, lunch vouchers, and pension

Cons

No. It’s a growing company that takes everyone for the ride.

Pros

It’s a fast-growing brand with lots of creative freedom. The company operates on a global scale – I create content and campaigns for audiences across dozens of countries. One of the biggest positives is the variety of projects and the chance to learn something new every day. It makes the work more interesting and helps you grow professionally in communication and strategy.

Cons

Social media never slows down… Trends change constantly, and there’s pressure to stay creative all the time.
