Pros

You get along with lower level employees because they suffer the same pain as you.

Cons

This was an exhausting place to work. Managers rarely shared information on time, so employees were often left trying to fix problems at the last minute. Employees are not given clear expectations. They want to do good work, but the lack of clarity, makes it difficult to succeed. Micromanagement is so real with leadership being very condescending, passive aggressive, and not allowing autonomy in terms of growth. It's unfortunate how hard this place tries to get it together but falls short each and every time. Communication was poor and feedback was usually negative and came across more as criticism than actual guidance. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies.

Pros

It’s a fast-growing brand with lots of creative freedom. The company operates on a global scale – I create content and campaigns for audiences across dozens of countries. One of the biggest positives is the variety of projects and the chance to learn something new every day. It makes the work more interesting and helps you grow professionally in communication and strategy.

Cons

Social media never slows down… Trends change constantly, and there’s pressure to stay creative all the time.
