1. Work offered is very challenging and interesting 2. New products lined up, so work is expected to get even better with time. 3. Small size, no unnecessary politics. People are good, focused and willing to help. 4. New joinees and interns are trained properly, with regular sessions with the lead and manager. 5. Goal planning is proper and detailed. 6. Remuneration offered is at par with the industry giants.
Cons
1. Work can be demanding at times, with tight deadlines. 2. Certain minor facilities like a canteen, providing cab for commuting between home and work, are missing. That is mainly because the no.of people in PLX India Design Center is less.
