      Pros

      A paycheck I guess, there's that. And the product is interesting and unique.

      Cons

      Promises of good culture made at hiring are not followed through. The CEO is honestly a monster. Says nice things in the beginning like he "cares about work life balance" but doesn't know what that even means. Managers work 60 hour weeks but are constantly berated and belittled. HIGH TURNOVER. A truly horrible experience.

      One hour lunch for all office workers

      Close to no training Expectations are high when you are not trained properly Management are on power trips Owner is one of the worst I have ever experienced
