      They have a positive company environment and provide excellent resources, including the latest versions of tools and technologies

      Cons

      There is a lot of internal politics because 40% of the employees are relatives of the management, and most of them hold leadership positions. Despite taking full advantage of your efforts and assigning you tasks at a senior level, they fail to provide a salary that matches your worth. Additionally, they enforce a strict bond policy, putting excessive pressure on employees and using it as a way to profit. On top of that, they demand a significant amount from everyone as part of the bond agreemen

      Pros

      Positive Work Culture: The overall environment in the company was calm and supportive, which made coming to work enjoyable. No Office Politics: One of the best things was the absence of unnecessary politics. Everyone worked with transparency and respect. Supportive Seniors: Seniors and team members were approachable, friendly, and always willing to help. This created a learning-friendly atmosphere. Low Stress: The work-life balance was excellent since there was very little to no work pressure, allowing employees to maintain personal and professional balance.

      Cons

      ack of Exposure: For the past two years, there were no live client projects, which significantly limited professional growth and real-world experience. Only In-house Projects: Most of the work revolved around internal projects, which didn’t contribute much to career advancement or portfolio building. Job Insecurity: Due to dependency on project availability, employees faced uncertainty, and job stability was always at risk.
