Pros
PLS is a great place to work for. A lot of people complain about the CEO but they never take the time to get to know him. He will push you but that’s to help you succeed in your career, if you’re lazy then sure you will not like that. 100% of the time they will work with you to progress within the company and compensate you well if you show great progress on your tasks.
Cons
Benefits are not great especially health insurance if you have a family. I was told this is due to the company size.
