      Pros

      Been here over two years and have seen a real, substantive commitment to DEI work both internally and externally. It's a slow process but the leadership is committed to it at the highest levels and as a POC, it feels real.

      Cons

      The organization tends to take on A LOT because it's so mission driven. This can mean resources aren't always there to support everything.

      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Cons

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.
